SALES TARGET AND LIFE GOALS!
"The main motto of any society must be to uplift the livelihood!"
What is called as a successful society?
As we all know our Tharu tribe is a little backward as comparison to other tribes just because they unites when any drastic situation comes but in our tribe we don't much care for anyone.
The main key feature to make the tribe upward is to be united in every radical situation. However, community is a sense of cohesiveness among a group of people in which all Tharus plays a pivotal role in the success of a functioning society.
The modern approach to understand the societal success in terms of balanced life is the overall successful society which is shaped by the success of today's youth.
Adolescense have to focus on the aspects that lead to more satisfying and successful life regarding different tribal functions eith emphasising on work and family.
Youth towards Drug Abuse!
In this contemporary time, there is a lack of job opportunities which distracts today's youth towards drugs and intoxicated stuffs.
Today's youth is getting spoiled day by day by drug abuse. The drugs most commonly used by youngster---alcohol, tobacco, marijuana etc.
Recently heard that most of the youngster started vaping tobacco and marijuana.
There is still a lot we don't know about the danger of vaping, youngster needs to avoid all these stuff for their better future and also need to understand their responsibilities towards family and society.
Drug abuse is often accompanied by a devasting social impact upon community. It results in financial hardships and causes reckless behaviour which put family at risk.
These all have often seen and to protect youngster from drug abuse " Rana Tharu" community organises some judicious meetings and talks with teenagers, so they may avoid intoxicated drinks and caffeines.
Although i fared well in an extremely volatile environment, these lessons would have save me from setbacks. We are currently in a very challenging and hostile environment.
Unfortunately, today's youth can't afford to make better decisions for their better lifestyle and future by their own but for this our adults works for our Rana Tharu community, we just need to understand their hardwork and it is financial obligation on teenagers that should be paid off by being successful.
"Life is 10 percent what happened to us,
And 90 percent how we react to it!"
