Despite its abundant cultural heritage and historical significance, this community faces numerous challenges today. The primary reason for these challenges is the lack of good and selfless leadership. In this article, we will discuss the various problems that arise due to the lack of leadership and hinder the community from becoming organized and progressing.

### 1. Lack of Social Organization

Social organization is essential for the progress of any community. Due to the lack of leadership in the Rana Tharu community, there is a lack of collective spirit and organization. The community lacks unity and organization, preventing its members from fighting for their rights and benefits. Proper leadership plays a crucial role in uniting the community members, conducting collective activities, and resolving their issues.

### 2. Lack of Education and Health Services

Due to the lack of leadership, the state of education and health services in the community is extremely poor. The absence of good leadership is a significant obstacle to creating an educated and aware society.
